School opens: 06h30 Class: 07h30 - 13h30 Aftercare: 14h15 - 17h30
In the pre-primary school, the children are provided with breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack. Parents are asked to provide fruit as a mid-morning snack. Learners from grade 1 to 3 need to bring their own food.
Mary Help of Christians follows the GDE CAPS curriculum and offer remedial support for children requiring additional academic assistance. From Grade R the children will receive a list of text books and stationery required. The cost of this is for the parent's account.
Extracurricular activities are important in a child's development, teaching them new skills and building self confidence. We offer computer lessons and sports at an additional cost.
Children in the preschool do not wear a uniform. However, from grade R our children proudly wear their Mary Help of Christians uniform. Our application pack will give you full details of the uniform required.
